    Sure you can, but I find when people get a weekly meal plan filled with simple and family-friendly recipes sent right to their inbox every Friday morning - they follow it way more than just downloading a PDF from the internet. PLUS these recipes are created by a registered dietitian and mom of two, who knows you don't have 6 hours on a Sunday to meal prep.

  • I have certain food allergies or intolerances - would these meal plans work for me?

    Although I can't tailor the meal plans to every single individual, the meal plans are almost entirely gluten-free with dairy-free options available. If you have an allergy or intolerance to a specific food, you could simply swap the ingredient for something else OR use the 250+ recipes in the recipe library to swap a meal idea (recipes are categorized by meals)

  • How long do I have to stay in the FUELED community?
